We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Think activewear, loose pants, t-shirts – anything you can move freely in. You'll likely be doing some physical warm-ups and exercises. It's also best to wear comfortable shoes, or you may be asked to work barefoot depending on the class style.
